Stapin and Jógvan I

The longline freezer vessel Stapin entered the Framherji fleet in 2016.

The vessel’s fishing ground are waters around the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Fleimish Cape and Greenland where
demersal species are caught and processed onboard.

The fish are H&G or whole round frozen at sea.

The catch is offloaded in the Faroes and offered to Faroe processing factories and also the international market.
